Imseeh Jewelry offers a 1-year free insurance policy against robbery or theft if your Imseeh Jewelry pieces are kept in the safe.

• Within one month of purchase, a one-time exchange and refund may be made for the same value, provided that the diamond jewelry piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
• From one week to one year, 25% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon refund.
• From two months to one year, 15% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon exchange. 
• From one to two years, 25% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon exchange. 
• Rosaries, pearls, leather and customized pieces may not be exchanged or refunded.
