To complete your order you must first create an account.
This will allow you to view your order status or history, as well as your personal details. It will also allow you to extend your warranty by 1 year, free of charge.
Creating an account has never been easier! Click on “My account” in the top right corner, or create an account when you proceed to check out. Then, enter your email address and choose a password.
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly. If you cannot see any emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder, and click on the link to confirm your account.

Add the selected jewelry piece(s) to your basket. You have the option of adding the engraving service to personalise your piece.
The model you chose is not available? Don’t worry. Contact us via email or call us on: 01 78 42 12 32. We always strive to find a solution for you.

Click on the “Shopping Basket” icon in the top right corner to preview your order. If you wish to change it, click on “View basket”. You will be automatically redirected to your order.
At this point, Messika offers you the possibility to add a Messika card with a personalised message to your order, by selecting the “Gift Option”.
Click on “Validate basket” to go to the following step. You can modify the items in your basket at any time.

Enter the delivery details: name, address and telephone number of the recipient. Products can be delivered everywhere in France and Corsica, and throughout the Eurozone.
Select between the two delivery options offered by Messika:
Once you have selected the delivery method, click on “Proceed to checkout”.

Check your order details before making the payment. All transactions are secure. An encryption system has been put in place on the Messika website to protect your personal information and payment details. Your bank details will not be stored on Messika’s servers.
Several payment methods are available:
Upon selecting your payment method, you will be asked to enter a billing address. All purchases above 1,000€ must be authenticated by the 3D Secure system
Once your payment is validated, your order confirmation will be displayed with the order number.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order will be processed once your payment is accepted. At this point, a second confirmation email with your billing receipt will be sent to you.
We would like to remind you that you can also consult your order history and download your invoices at any time by logging into your Messika account.
Once your order is confirmed, our teams will prepare your package with the utmost care. Each Messika order is wrapped in a unique sparkling box.
Your order (excluding items with personalised features such as engraving) will be shipped within 48 hours. An order tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will be able to track your parcel by clicking on it.

FAQ
Once your order has been validated and prepared by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an order tracking number.
VYou can also track your order directly via your Messika account. Log in by clicking on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner of our website, then select “My orders” Then simply click on the tracking number.
you have 14 days to ask for the refund of your jewelry, and 1 month to ask for its exchange. All returns are free. Our team will respond as soon as possible to your request and will organize with our carrier the recovery of your package.
