Exchange and Refund Policy

DNA Lifestyle may Exchange or Refund any product provided the following 4 conditions are all met:

  1. The product is accompanied by the original DNA receipt.
  2. The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
  3. The product is exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The product is exchanged with another product of the same or higher value in which case the difference should be settled.
  • Products deemed to be defective and under warranty are subject to service repairs, which can take up to 1 month from the date that they are handed in to the store.
  • Refunds are executed only in the form of a DNA gift or credit vouchers
  • All products can be exchanged or refunded except for vinyl discs, music, books, software, games, digital cards, tickets, makeup, personal items, food & beverage products, services, and sales & clearance items.
  • All exchange and refund transactions must be approved by the store manager or the acting store manager in charge after inspecting the products internally.
  • The inspection process may take up to 3 days from the date of receiving the product by the store.
  • DNA Loyalty points cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire after a limited time.
  • Products on sale and/or promotion can be exchanged only if defected and after internal inspection however they cannot be refunded.
  • DNA Gift cards and credit voucher cannot be refunded.
  • DNA Gift cards and credit vouchers expire after a limited time of issuance date as indicated at time of issuance, not exceeding 12 months.
  • Gift items must be accompanied with the original gift receipt. 
  • Exchanges & Returns are applicable in any DNA store in Jordan except the DNA Airport Store.
