DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
We ship to the entire Eurozone (Schengen Area). It will take 2 to 7 working days to receive your order. If engraving is requested, the delivery date will be extended by 10 days. If you wish to have your order delivered to Paris or its suburbs, the Maison can offer you a top-of-the-range delivery service: a white-glove delivery service carried out by our bellman, available during the day. On the official Messika website, returns and exchanges are free, simple and fast. Our carrier will contact you to collect the parcel in person from the desired address. You can pay for your order on the Messika website by card (Visa, American Express, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Eurocard), Paypal or Oney. All our online payments are secured by the 3D secure system. You benefit from the Messika Warranty for all purchases from our website, one of our Messika boutiques or one of our authorised retailers. This can be found in the case that contains your Messika jewelry piece.
